Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and prepare application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing
• Perform production support activities on need basis
• Should be able to pick long running prod issues & provide fixes
• Prepare detailed specifications from which solutions will be designed and built
• Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
• Work with business management to identify and specify the complex business requirements and processes
• Collaborate with developers and business owners during testing and implementation process (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.)
• Coordinates activities with other IT sections (e.g., data base, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.)
• Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Proven good Knowledge OnBase Administration and Development
• Planning, configuration, maintenance and administration of OnBase Server System
• Solid knowledge of OnBase Modules including workflow & Workview
• Expertise in Unity APIS and Integration with different enterprise applications
• Basic knowledge in OnBase HTML E-Forms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API Scripts, VBScripts & Java Scripts
• Extensive experience in CPD, Data capture design, Barcode Processing, Interactive Data Capture, Disconnected Scanning, Advanced Capture, OnBase Reporting Dashboards, Outlook integration & Mailbox Importer
• Solid SQL development Skills, SQL queries, stored procedures required to retrieve the data in Reporting services , Dashboards and life cycles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications (OCWA, OCSA, OCAPI) on OnBase
• Experience in .Net
• Knowledge of writing web services
